Our dedicated Online Quran Tutors are ready to guide you on your journey of Quranic learning and Islamic teachings. We offer online classes for Quran reading, recitation, and other Islamic studies. If you believe in the expertise of our capable staff, you are just a few clicks away. Simply reach out to us, and we will assist you in getting started. Before enrolling in our program, we want to ensure that you are fully informed about our terms and conditions. Transparency is our priority, and we aim to provide you with all necessary details upfront. Our mission is to deliver exceptional online education in Arabic, Quranic, and Islamic studies. To cater to your diverse needs, we have developed five distinct online Quran courses, each designed to guide you toward your learning goals.
Terms and Conditions
- Trial Classes: We offer trial classes to give you an insight into our teaching style and approach. After the trial, you can decide whether to continue with us.
- Fee Submission: Fees must be paid after the trial classes and before the regular classes begin. Failure to pay the fee on time should be communicated at least seven days before the due date.
- Missed Classes: If you miss a class, inform your tutor to arrange a makeup session. Makeup classes are not guaranteed for more than five missed sessions.
- Tutor Selection: Students may request a specific tutor. However, this request must be made early to accommodate scheduling.
- Class Cancellation: Cancel any class at least six hours in advance to avoid being marked absent.
- Tutor Reassignment: The academy reserves the right to reassign tutors as needed. Once a tutor is replaced, students must cease communication with the former tutor.
- Fee Adjustments: Expect a yearly fee adjustment of 6-7%.
- Holidays: Eid holidays are considered paid leave for tutors. No makeup classes or fee refunds will be provided for those days.
- Privacy and Safety: Students should refrain from exchanging personal or financial information with their tutors. The academy is not responsible for any incidents outside the platform’s guidelines.
- Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions as needed.
